- Budgeting for foreign student adaptation, assimilation, exchange, and living assistance events, such as visit, spring activities, and assistance during the three holidays.
- Assist with operations of the “Foreign Student Association”, application for funding, verification, and organize events, such as welcoming party, farewell party, foreign students’ week, and celebrations.
- Procurement, management, and maintenance of assets and consumables of the Student Service Section
- Green procurement cases of the Student Service Section
- Other matters assigned to the Student Service Section
